o Independent Personal Trustee;
o Independent Trust Protector;
o Independent Special Trusts - Alternative Regime (“STAR”) Trust Enforcer; and

Economic Substance Services (Cayman Islands Only)
✓ To provide assistance to those Companies who are conducting a ‘Relevant Activity’ that need to demonstrate adequate substance in the Cayman Islands. This includes but is not limited to; o To provide ‘core income generating activities’ such as risk calculation and portfolio decisions; o Assessing applicability, general guidance and audits;
o Providing office space and administrative support;
o Supplying Cayman Islands resident Directors, Employees and Secretarial services; and
o Assisting with verifying outsourced service providers.
